Prices vary according to the season and are quoted per apartment, for 2 guests, per night. The local tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price. The applicable amount is calculated in accordance with the municipal regulations in force at the time of your stay and will be charged separately.
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
All apartments feature a mezzanine of approximately 10–14 m², providing additional sleeping space for up to 2 guests. Apartment Antonia also has a separate bedroom.

Included Services

During your stay, a range of services is included to make your time with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible:

  • final cleaning and weekly linen change

Bolzano Bozen Card / South Tyrol Guest Pass
For the duration of your stay, you will receive the Bolzano Bozen Card, which includes the South Tyrol Guest Pass. In accordance with Resolution No. 732/2022 of the South Tyrolean Provincial Government, the Guest Pass is valid for the entire duration of your stay, from 00:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes, among other benefits, the use of all public transport within the South Tyrol integrated transport network. The Bolzano Bozen Card also offers numerous additional services and benefits.

 

Payment Terms for Your Stay in Bolzano

To confirm your booking, we require a confirmation deposit (caparra confirmatoria) of 30% of the total amount of your stay. Your booking becomes binding upon receipt of the confirmation deposit. The remaining balance may be paid before arrival or on site.

Cancellation Policy

There is no statutory right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code. However, in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code, we grant you the right to cancel your booking subject to the following cancellation terms:

  • up to 4 weeks before arrival: free cancellation
  • from 4 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total amount
  • from 2 weeks before arrival: 60% of the total amount
  • from 1 week before arrival: 100% of the total amount
  • in the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Any confirmation deposit already paid will be offset against the applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellation notice
Cancellations are valid only if made in writing. The date and time on which we receive your cancellation notice will determine which cancellation terms apply.

Our Recommendation: Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover potential costs should you need to cancel your stay.
