Prices and Conditions
Prices vary according to the season and are quoted per apartment, for 2 guests, per night. The minimum stay is 2 nights.
All apartments feature a mezzanine of approximately 10–14 m², providing additional sleeping space for up to 2 guests. Apartment Antonia also has a separate bedroom.

Included Services
During your stay, a range of services is included to make your time with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible:
- final cleaning and weekly linen change

Payment Terms for Your Stay in Bolzano
To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay. Your booking becomes binding once the deposit has been received. The exact amount will be stated in your booking confirmation.
The remaining balance can be paid before arrival or directly at the property.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for your understanding that, as a small property, it can be difficult for us to rebook an apartment at short notice. The following cancellation conditions therefore apply:
- from 4 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total amount (deposit)
- from 2 weeks before arrival: 60% of the total amount
- from 1 week before arrival: 100% of the total amount
In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booked stay will be charged.
How to Cancel
Cancellations are valid only when submitted in writing. The date and time at which we receive your cancellation notice will determine the applicable cancellation fee.
Our Recommendation for Peace of Mind
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover potential costs should you need to cancel your stay.
