Discover 14th-century Gothic wine cellars in Bolzano
Our old deep cellars can be traced back to the Gothic era and thanks to their constant temperature of 14°C – in both summer and winter – they are the ideal place for our wines. Here they can mature in peace and be bottled with care. Our sense of tradition, our hand-picked grapes of the highest quality and our experience together with modern cellar technology and careful processing methods result in something which we are really passionate about: wines with origin. 40.000 bottles of wine with South Tyrol at heart.
Craftsmanship and Precision
Our grapes are vinified and matured here at the winery. In our historic cellars, our aim is to preserve the quality of the carefully harvested grapes while bringing out the distinctive character of each variety and its origin.
We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern cellar technology, experience with a spirit of exploration. While some of our red wines mature in the historic cellars, our white wines and fruit-driven wines are primarily crafted in the modern winery on the ground floor.
The result is a collection of distinctive red and white wines defined by clarity, character and a strong sense of place.
