Our old deep cellars can be traced back to the Gothic era and thanks to their constant temperature of 14°C – in both summer and winter – they are the ideal place for our wines. Here they can mature in peace and be bottled with care. Our sense of tradition, our hand-picked grapes of the highest quality and our experience together with modern cellar technology and careful processing methods result in something which we are really passionate about: wines with origin. 95,000 bottles of wine with South Tyrol at heart.
